After launch ceremony logins spike; three months later orders return to chat. The 100-day watch tracks metrics that fall when bypass happens: system order share, scan/post timeliness, exception bypass count. When those drop, the system is being abandoned. Login duration and training hours can look great—they do not measure bypass.
Bypass is not morality—it is design or incentive failure. Metrics alarm; fix fields, steps, or pay rules.
Three Gauges
Orders: system orders / all deals. Capture: completeness at required scan nodes. Bypass: special approvals and offline edits. Thresholds in writing—breach triggers review, not waiting for complaints. Shadow spreadsheets returning is a red light.
- Review weekly in the first 100 days—not only at quarterly ops reviews.
- When metrics fall, sit with those roles half a day—find extra steps.
- No infinite "still settling in"—settlement still needs a completeness floor.

Watch to Feed Back
The XYN digital intelligence system makes orders, scans, and exceptions observable metrics. One hundred days is not warranty theater—it is adoption engineering. Metrics drop: fix design or incentives; add penalties only and bypass renames itself.
Calculate system order share this week. Cannot calculate? Observation has not started—and bypass need not hide from you.
