When launching a new system, migrating historical business data is critical. XYN provides Excel/CSV bulk import for structured data, RESTful APIs for sync, and professional DB migration tools for large datasets. Typical flow: share sample schemas → field mapping assessment → phased plan → test validation → production import. We help build field maps, clean duplicates/missing values, and recommend batch import for core orders/inventory/finance data.

Can data from the old system be migrated?
Yes. XYN supports migration from mainstream ERP/CRM/OA/inventory and custom systems across manufacturing, trade and services. Scope covers schema analysis, field mapping, cleansing, validation, phased cutover and rollback plans. We preserve key fields, approvals, logs and document links where possible, with test dry-runs before production switch.
What does the training process look like?
After purchase we provide end-to-end onboarding: Java framework overview, modules/plugins, daily operations, admin setup (org, roles, workflows, forms), and API/extension guidance for developers. Training is mostly live online with recordings, plus docs. Exclusive plans may include onsite coaching. Support continues after training.
Are all feature modules available?
XYN uses a modular Java core + plugins/apps. Plans differ: Startup (SaaS), Standard (on-prem), Digital Intelligence (AI extras), Exclusive (custom). Marketplace plugins can be added. See the pricing comparison or ask a consultant. Upgrades keep existing data/config.
Which companies is it for?
Built for teams that want clearer processes and efficiency across manufacturing, trade, retail and services. Startup SaaS for 10–50 users; Standard for private deployment; Digital Intelligence for AI/codegen/mobile; Exclusive for group/custom needs. Start small and expand.
Which deployment options are supported?
SaaS cloud (Startup) and private on-prem (Standard/Digital/Exclusive). SaaS is fully managed; on-prem runs Java Spring Boot + MySQL + Redis on your servers with optional AD/VPN/firewall integration. Our team helps assess, install and accept go-live.
What are the server requirements?
On-prem recommends Linux with JDK 21+, MySQL 8+, Redis, Nginx. Deploy as JAR (Docker/K8s optional). Small setups: 4 vCPU / 8GB RAM / 100GB SSD; scale memory/IO for AI/reporting. Match the framework version on the changelog page. We provide an environment checklist.
How is data security ensured?
HTTPS in transit, DB access controls, role permissions and audit logs. Field-level visibility for sensitive data. SaaS includes platform security checks/backups; on-prem runs in your network. Keep versions updated and limit admin accounts.
How do I configure role permissions?
Configure organization, roles and data scopes in admin. Assign menus, buttons, workflows and field visibility by role. Changes take effect after save/login refresh. We can provide permission templates for common industries.
Is there an open API?
Yes. XYN exposes RESTful APIs for master data, documents, workflows and integrations. Auth uses tokens/keys; docs cover endpoints and samples. Suitable for syncing ERP/CRM/e-commerce or building portals.
License usage instructions
After activation, bind the license to your deployment, keep the license file/key secure, and renew before expiry. Do not share across unrelated environments unless allowed by the contract.
Can we customize / extend it?
Yes. The modular Java architecture supports secondary development and plugins. Standard/Digital include extension points; Exclusive includes deeper customization services. Follow upgrade-safe practices for custom code.
What is the licensing process?
Choose a plan on pricing, submit company info, pay, then receive license/activation for SaaS or on-prem packages. Exclusive may include SOW and milestones. Invoices and contracts are provided as needed.
How do I renew when the license expires?
Renew from the console or with sales before expiry. SaaS continues by subscription; on-prem renews maintenance/authorization. Data remains; only license status changes if overdue.
What are the differences between plans?
Startup: SaaS, flexible seats, fast go-live. Standard: private deploy, core modules. Digital Intelligence: AI engine, codegen, mobile office. Exclusive: dedicated services and custom build. Compare details on the pricing matrix.
How do I buy and install plugins?
Browse the marketplace, purchase/authorize the plugin, then install from admin or package. Restart/clear cache if required. Keep framework version compatible.
What after-sales services are included?
Includes remote support, bug fixes within warranty, version advisories and help docs. Higher plans may add priority SLA, dedicated advisors or onsite support.
Can we trial or get a demo?
Yes. Request a demo/trial via the site or sales. We can show core modules on sample data or open a time-boxed SaaS trial.
Will upgrades affect data?
Upgrades keep business data. Always backup first, upgrade in staging, then production. Review changelog for breaking changes. We assist Exclusive customers with upgrade windows.
Is backup and restore supported?
Yes. Use DB/file backups on a schedule. SaaS is backed up by the platform; on-prem you own backup jobs. Test restores periodically.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes via responsive web and mobile office capabilities (plan-dependent). Key approvals and queries work on phones/tablets.
